Check app interfaces for error details.
Wiring is completed but the alternator charger can't be turned on?
- Ensure proper alignment of the positive and negative terminals between the charger and the vehicle starter battery or RV house battery.
- Ensure that all terminals of the cables are tightly connected.
- Ensure that the nominal voltage of the vehicle starter battery or RV house battery is 12V or 24V.
- Check whether the battery is defective or not rechargeable.
Output power doesn't reach the maximum value?
- Check whether you've set the output power of the charger in the app.
- Please try to boost the alternator's output power (e.g. by pressing the accelerator) and try it again, perhaps the alternator's output power is low.
How to check the battery remaining capacity and temperature?
Home-my devices-click the connected battery to check.
