Shipping Costs & Tax
1. OUPES offers Free Shipping on all items and we only service only for US & Canadian customers.
2. Sales tax will be collected at the time of order settlement, and the customer's corresponding state sales tax will be paid directly through the Shopify platform.
3. For customers from Canada or Alaska, only part of our products can be delivered, so you may not be able to place orders when choosing logistics. If you encounter this kind of situation, you can try to delete some accessories and try again.
1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are shipped out via FedEx. For some addresses FedEx cannot arrive, we will ship the package by USPS.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. In most cases, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. All estimates are based on business days.
If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.
For example, if you ordered one product from OUPES, it will take:
- 1-2 business days for processing;
- 3-5 business days for delivery.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.
Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 4-7 business days after placing the order.
In the event of any shipment not being shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations and return.
When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when the weather permits.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivery carrier.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through oupes.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:
Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.
Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add OUPES to your contact list.
1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if the product didn't meet your expectation or placed the wrong order after the order has been shipped out.
3. Items that weigh less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While items that weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.
