The OUPES Loyalty Program rewards customers for engaging with our brand. Earn OUPoints through purchases, referrals, and other activities, then redeem them for discounts, exclusive products, or perks.

How do I enroll?
Sign up for free on the OUPES website.
Can I earn OUPoints for past orders?
Yes! Eligible purchases made on OUPES Official Store (oupes.com) within the last 6 months (dating back to August 27, 2024) can be retroactively credited. Contact support with your order number to claim points.
How do I earn OUPoints?
- Purchases: Earn 1 OUPoint per $1 spent on OUPES.com (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
- Account actions: Earn points for signing up (500 OUPoints), subscribing to our newsletter (500 OUPoints), or joining the OUPES Group on Facebook(500 OUPoints), follow us on Youtube( 500 OUPoints), etc.
When will the OUPoints appear in my account?
Purchases: OUPoints are added within 24 hours after order placement.
Do points expire?
OUPoints expire after 12 months of inactivity (e.g., no earning or redeeming). You’ll receive email reminders 30 days before expiration.
Can I earn points on discounted orders or gift cards?
- Discounted orders: Yes, points are based on the final paid amount pretax and shipping fees.

What if I return a product?
OUPoints from returned orders will be deducted. If already redeemed, the equivalent value will be subtracted from future earnings.
