OUPES Guardian 6000 Referral Program Official Terms & Conditions

The OUPES Guardian 6000 Referral Program (the "Program") allows eligible OUPES customers ("Referrers") to share a unique referral link or code with new customers ("Referred Friends"). When a Referred Friend makes their first purchase of the OUPES Guardian 6000 standalone unit using the link/code, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend can earn rewards.

1. The Referrer must be a legal owner of an OUPES Guardian 6000 with an active OUPES account.
2. The Referred Friend must be a new customer purchasing their first OUPES Guardian 6000 standalone unit and must not be associated with the Referrer's account.
3. Crucial Note: This Program applies only to the purchase of the OUPES Guardian 6000 standalone unit. Purchases of any Guardian 6000 bundles or kits are NOT eligible, and Referrers will NOT earn rewards from bundle purchases.

1. Reward for Referred Friend: They will receive an $885 instant discount on their purchase of the Guardian 6000 standalone unit.
2. Reward for Referrer: For every qualified purchase, the Referrer earns a $50 cash reward and 500 points.
3. Points Use: Points can be redeemed for coupons, accessories, or specific products on the official OUPES website, subject to the terms published on the site.
4. Reward Release: The $50 cash and 500 points will be credited to the Referrer's OUPES account within 15 business days after the Referred Friend's order is marked as "delivered" and is confirmed to have no pending returns or refunds.
5. Notification: The Referrer will receive a confirmation email once the rewards have been issued.

1. Referrers are encouraged to share their unique link on personal social media channels (e.g., Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram).
2. Shares must not be misleading or use OUPES trademarks and branding for unauthorized commercial purposes.
3. Posting referral links on coupon, deal, cashback, or any third-party transaction websites is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification from the Program and clawback of any issued rewards.

1. The Program is for personal, non-commercial use only. Prohibited activities include using paid ads, coupon aggregation sites, spam, or any fraudulent methods to acquire referrals.
2. To ensure fairness, our system automatically monitors for suspicious activity, including but not limited to:
   • Referrers and Referred Friends using the same or similar IP address, device ID, payment account, or shipping address.
   • The same individual being referred multiple times using different accounts.
   • Any other artificial, bulk, or automated referral activity.
   • If such activity is detected, the associated referrals will be deemed invalid, and no rewards will be issued.

1. If a Referred Friend's order is fully or partially returned/refunded, the $50 cash reward and 500 points issued for that order will be automatically reversed from the Referrer's account.
2. If the $50 cash has already been paid out, OUPES reserves the right to deduct the amount from the Referrer's future pending rewards or seek repayment via other lawful means.
3. If the 500 points have been partially used, OUPES will deduct the remaining point value; if the points balance is insufficient, the equivalent value will be calculated and pursued as a debt.

1. OUPES reserves the right to cancel rewards, suspend, or terminate participation in the Program for abusive behavior (e.g., fake accounts, fraudulent transactions, violation of these Terms).
2. OUPES may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time for any reason. Participants will be notified via email or a notice on our website.
3. This Program is governed by the laws of your state/country of residence. Any disputes shall be first resolved through friendly negotiation.
