The OUPoint Rewards Guide

Step 1 - Register and Login

[Register]

• Go to the login page and click "Create Account" to begin.

• On the registration page, enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.

• Click "Create Account" to finish.
• After successful registration, oupes team will send a confirmation email titled "Customer Account Confirmation" to your inbox - please keep an eye out for it.
⚠️ If you've already created an OUPES account before, you can skip this step.

[Login]

• Click the "Account" icon at the top-right of the homepage, or go directly to Login Page.
• Enter your email address and password, then click "Login". You can also sign in quickly with your Google or Facebook account.

• Once logged in, you'll see your current membership tier and OUPoints balance right away.

Step 2 - Earn OUPoints

Check out "Ways to Earn" on your membership page to discover all the ways to collect OUPoints

Step 3 - Check Your OUPoints Balance

You have 3 ways to check your OUPoints balance after logging in:

• ①Account Center
  Look for "Overview" or "My OUPoints" in your account dashboard

• ②By clicking on the "Earn Points"or"OUPoints Center", you can skip to the Membership page, where you can also view your points balance.

• ③Membership Page
  Click "OUPoint Rewards Program" under the Explore section in the main menu, or access the OUPoint Rewards Program

Step 4 - Redeem OUPoints

• ①Check the "Redeem Rewards" section on your membership page to see your current OUPoints balance.
• ②Choose the reward you want and click "Redeem". When the button changes to "Copy" or "Redeem Now with Code", your reward is ready to use.

Step 5-Use Your Reward

• Discount Codes:If you redeemed a discount code, find it in your "Rewards" section. Click "Copy" to save it.Go to checkout on oupes.com. Paste the code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and click "Apply". You'll see the discount reflected in your order total immediately.

• Or at checkout, click "Your Rewards" and select your redeemed discount from the dropdown menu.

• Oupes Product:If you redeemed OUPoints for the Oupes Product, you can get the product for free at checkout by pasting the discount code.
