APS-What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover

This policy does not cover the following:

a. The warranty period has expired.

b. Proof of purchase or relevant documentation cannot be provided, or there is no evidence confirming the product is within the warranty period.

c. Product identification details (such as barcodes, model numbers, or warning icons) have been altered or worn off.

d. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs conducted by individuals or organizations not approved by OUPES.

e. The product is confirmed to be defect-free after comprehensive testing by OUPES or an OUPES-authorized service center.

f. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

g. Products not returned to OUPES within 15 calendar days after warranty confirmation.

OUPES currently does not offer paid repair services.
