APS-Warranty Service
4.1 Warranty Coverage
a. During the warranty period, if the product does not operate as expected, OUPES will provide warranty service and cover the maintenance costs. If the product cannot be repaired, OUPES will replace it with a new product of the same or equivalent value at no charge. The specifics of the replacement will be negotiated with the user for confirmation.
Once the user returns the device to OUPES, OUPES will refurbish the product and arrange to send it back as soon as possible, ensuring a quicker delivery for the user.
Please be aware that the machine we return may not be the original unit; it is a refurbished machine of the same model. However, we ensure that it is fully functional.
b. To qualify for warranty service:
✓ The product exhibits manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
✓ Valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) is provided.
c. Free warranty service will be denied if:
- The warranty period has expired.
- Proof of purchase is missing, invalid, or cannot verify warranty coverage.
- Product identification (barcode, model number, warning labels, etc.) shows tampering or wear.
- Damage results from repairs by unauthorized personnel/service centers.
- OUPES or its authorized service centers confirm no defects exist after inspection.
- The product was purchased from unauthorized retailers.
- The product is not returned to OUPES within 15 calendar days of warranty approval.
- Note: Paid repair services are currently unavailable.
